Knowledge, skills and abilities that will be achieved by graduated students:
Knowledge of how monetary and fiscal policies affect economic growth and financial markets;
Skills of econometric modeling and forecasting time series using the analytical tools like STATA, SPSS, Excel, Maxima;
Ability to apply technical analysis and to make portfolio investment decisions;
Knowledge of accounting principles and standards that can be faced during analysis of economic or financial companies;
Ability to provide detailed cost effectiveness analysis of a company and business units;
Ability to summarize information and get correct conclusions and skills of planning for medium and large business units;
Ability to calculate financial and operational risks in financial institutions (in particular banks);
Ability to use marketing tools in the process of banking and creating marketing plans;
Communication skills, developed during the study process, to create reports and present results (both in Polish and English);
Developed planning skills, good organization during creation process of various projects individually or in groups; opportunity to get acquainted with quick self-education and be able to raise qualification awarded;
Understanding and knowledge of behavior rules in accordance with professional ethical standards.
