Learning outcomes

The graduate has achieved the learning outcomes defined for the study program:

- knows the problems and research methods in selected sciences in the fields of natural sciences, social sciences, as well as humanities, agriculture and medical sciences,
- predicts the effects of human interference in the natural environment,
- understands the place of environmental protection policy and the principles of sustainable development in socio-economic life,
- uses environmental models to interpret changes of animate and inanimate nature,
- creates critical analyses in the field of environmental protection using correct documentation,
- assesses the environmental effects in spatial development plans,
- plans and applies appropriate methods and techniques to solve a given problem in environmental protection,
- communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with the public and specialists in various fields in the area of environmental protection,
- coordinates the work of the team, in particular in the field of assignment and time management,
- is aware of the political and socio-economic determinants of environmental protection.
