Learning outcomes

1. LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR THE PROGRAM:
- has a basic knowledge of the language, literature, history, culture of the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America,
- has a basic knowledge of grammar and stylistics of the studied language (Spanish / Portuguese),
- has a basic knowledge of the place of Iberian Studies in the system of sciences and of its subject matter and methodological relations with other scientific disciplines,
- has active and passive linguistic competence in Spanish/Portuguese (level C1) at an an advanced level in the written and spoken registers,
- has the ability to prepare oral and written works in the field of linguistics, literary studies, cultural studies, philosophy and history in Polish and Spanish/Portuguese,
- is able to recognise the different types of cultural production relevant to linguistics, literary studies, cultural studies, philosophy and the history of the countries of the Spanish and Portuguese speaking areas and carry out their critical analysis and interpretation, using typical methods, in order to determine their meanings, social impact and their place in the historical and cultural processes,
- has social and linguistic competence to communicate in the Spanish/Portuguese language communities and is able to use them individually as well as in cooperation and teamwork,
- is able to take an active part in participating in the culture of the studied area (Iberian Peninsula/Latin America),
-has the habit of following contemporary processes and phenomena in the language, culture and literature of the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America.
