General training on exercise machines.
Through exercises students will improve their health as well as mental and physical condition, enhance motor skills, develop good posture habits and get knowledge about the effect of physical exercise on the body. They will follow the basic principles of strength training:
– principle of isolation of muscle groups
– principle of progressive loading
– principle of performance of exercises in sets
– principle of muscle confusion.

Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
