Circle body shape 4023-O-CIR1
Circle body shape is a comprehensive workout that improves overall physical fitness, condition and strength endurance, effectively reducing body fat. During the training, a circuit with individual stations is performed, thanks to which various muscle parts are engaged. This type of training uses a variety of sports equipment, i.e. dumbbells, balls, steppers or a skipping rope.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
Assessment criteria
In order to obtain a good result a student is requiered to participate in classes regularly and activly.
