The course introduces students to the most important legal issues concerning the running an enterprise. Specifically during this course it will be discussed the rules for registration of this activity, the advantages and disadvantages of different legal forms of this activity (i.e. personal partnership, limited liability company). It will be also presented problems related to personal tax and value added tax. In addition, it will be also explained how to obtain a redress, draft and analyze contracts and conduct bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings.

After completing the course, students:
KNOWLEDGE:
student should know the most important regulationa governing the business activities, including the rules for the registration of this activity, issues concerning taxes and the rules for contracts and civil redress.
SKILLS:
should also be able to register a business activity, fill PIT 36 and 36L forms, draw up a simple agreements and a lawsuit in the court proceedings.
