During the lecture, we will analyze the relationships between the organizational culture of enterprises and national cultures. The topic is divided into three main parts. In the first one we will find the characteristics and models of national cultures, in the second - models of organizational cultures, and in the third - the connection between the features of national cultures and the elements of organizational cultures, as well as the factors determining the cultural effectiveness of enterprises.

5. Models of organizational cultures of enterprises most common in a given country.
6. Cultural effectiveness of TNCs determined by the intercultural management model used.
7. Changes in the national culture of Poles and changes in organizational models.

Assessment criteria
Component ratings:
1. oral presentation (uploaded in PPT format on the Padlet platform) (40%); and
2. a written record of the survey (completed plus analysis of the result) (60%) will constitute one common final grade.
A student cannot pass the exam without participating in classes - as an external student (only completing written work at the end). However, one absence is allowed.
