In terms of knowledge
• knows and understands in an in-depth way the research methodology and terminology in the disciplines of management and quality sciences and legal sciences, in particular in the area of remuneration and motivation (K_W01)
• knows and understands in an in-depth way the principles, procedures and practices of management in organizations, with particular emphasis on the issue of remuneration and related costs (K_W02)
• knows and understands in an in-depth way the legal regulations concerning remuneration and their impact on the functioning of the organization and the entire economy (K_W04)
• knows and understands the complex social and legal processes and phenomena related to remuneration and motivation and their impact on decisions made in organizations, the functioning of the organization and the entire economy, including the principles of industrial property protection and copyright. (K_W05)
In terms of skills
• Is able to use the theory of the discipline of management and quality sciences as well as legal sciences to identify, diagnose and solve problems related to effective remuneration and motivation of employees, using the appropriate selection of sources (K_U01)
• Can correctly interpret complex social and legal processes and phenomena and their impact on financial decisions in organizations related to remuneration and motivation, using the appropriate selection of sources. (K_U02)
• Can independently and in a team prepare analyses, diagnoses and reports on complex and unusual problems related to remuneration and motivation and present them communicatively, also in English - using IT and communication tools. (K_U03)
• Can use a foreign language at the B2+ level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and specialist terminology in the discipline of management and quality science, in particular in the field of remuneration and motivation. (K_U04)
• Has the ability to self-educate in the field of personnel management issues with particular emphasis on remuneration and motivation, improving the acquired qualifications and supporting others in this area. (K_U06)

• Is ready to assess and critically approach complex situations and phenomena related to finances in organizations resulting from employment costs (K_K01)
