K_W02 Knows and understands complex processes and phenomena occurring in various types of organizations and in the world around them, uses management theory and complementary disciplines (economics and finance, legal sciences) to recognize, diagnose and solve problems related to key functions in the organization (operational, marketing , financial, personnel management) and their integration within the organization's strategy.

Assessment criteria
Test, 30 closed questions from the lecture area, test on Kampus2 platform in the lecture room. Rating scale: 3.0 (60%-70%), 3.5 (71%-80%), 4.0 (81%-90%), 4.5 (91%-95%), 5.0 (96%-100%)
