After completing the course the student:
In terms of knowledge:
- Knows and understands in-depth research methodology and terminology in the field of management and quality science and in complementary disciplines (economics and finance, legal sciences). (K_W01)
- Knows and understands complex processes and phenomena occurring in various types of organizations and in the surrounding them environment, uses management theory and complementary disciplines (economics and finance, legal sciences) to recognize, diagnose and solve problems related to key functions in the organization (operational, marketing, financial, personnel management) and their integration within the organization’s strategy. (K_W02).
- Knows and understands complex technological, social, political, legal, economic and ecological processes and phenomena and their influence on the functioning of the organization, particularly, in relation to enterprise management and supply chain management (K_W05)

- Is able to use the theory of enterprise management and supply chain management to recognize, diagnose and solve complex and unusual problems related to the functioning of the organization on the market (K_U01)

Assessment criteria
The form of the pass is the approval of the thesis outline, first and second chapter of the thesis after the first term and the approval of the entire thesis after the second term.
