The aim of the course is to know and include practice in the following topics:
• Meaning of a person in communication, relations and business
• Buber’s two approaches: object – subject
• Kinds of objective and subjective communication
• Characteristics of objective approach towards people
• Ways of avoiding responsibility: blaming and excusing
• Mechanism of misappropriating towards ourselves
• Consciousness of prejudice
• Process of relation erosion with people
• Blame game in business
• Culture of taking responsibility
• Free from prejudice approach
• Concentrating on outcomes
• Effective principles of operation
• Techniques favourable for taking responsibility
• Consequences of people acceptance: solving conflicts, engagement, controlling stress, solving problems, increase of trust, handling failure
• Plan of subjective approach of relation with people
The rated total number of hours a student is required to spend in order to achieve the expected learning outcomes defined for the course: 30 + 15

During and upon the course completion a student is able to:
• Set characteristics of subjective and objective approaches towards people
• Use objective and subjective statements
• Show and interpret examples demanding personal attitudes towards people
• Plan his own way of an effective cooperation with people
• Recognise and practise blaming and excusing statements
• Show characteristics of blame game in organisations
• Apply principles of subjective approach towards people in a practical way
• Create a dictionary of subjective and objective approaches towards people
• Use subjective approach in various situations in life and at work
• Prepare practical plan of applying subjective management in his operations and relations with people
