Educational and ethical problems of sexual behaviours 2300-OSM/24/2
During the seminar there will be presented essential knowledge within developmental and social sexology in accordance with the principles of sexual health. The students will be given information on social and cultural aspects of sexology. The seminar will show cultural differences and historical determinants in attitudes towards sexuality. Determinants of social development of sexuality during human life cycle will be presented. There will be presentation of research on human sexuality especially with its social and cultural aspects as well as presentation of main assumptions of methodology of research on human sexuality especially its psychological and ethical aspects

KNOWLEDGE:
1.Acquire the basic knowledge in social and educational aspects of human sexual behaviors

SKILLS:
The student will be able to
1.Plan and carry out methodological assumptions of preparing their master’s dissertation.
2.Carry out the research using their own research tools or/and the tools given.
3.Make calculations and interpretations of their own research
4.Write their master’s dissertation.
ATTITUDES:
1.Understanding of the importance of sexual education at different stages of life
2.Reduction of risky behaviors. Importance of prevention programs for changing of human behaviors
3.Appreciation of the possibility of learning the basis of methodology of master’s dissertation preparing
Assessment criteria
Includes partial assessment after completing each task aimed at final writing the master’s dissertation – criteria used: giving the credit for completing the tasks or not giving the credit with the possibility to correct
Getting credits for the first year seminar: preparing the summary of the dissertation and the theoretical and methodological chapter.Getting credits for the second year: semester III – carrying out the research, analysis of the gathered research material. Semester IV – writing the dissertation and passing the final exam
