MS2-Practical training – Non-formal Education 2300-NZ2-MS2-AND-PR
The aim of the internship is to gain by the student the knowledge and skills necessary to perform andragogical professional work (coach, trainer, methodologist, etc.) on the broadly understood market of development services.
Students can conduct their practices in:
- training and consulting companies;
- cultural and community centers and other educational institutions;
- language schools;
- other companies - both in HR departments and others conducting trainings.

The student:
has knowledge of the realities and possibilities of working on the broadly understood market of developmental services and in the personnel department of various companies and institutions;
- describes industry structures and institutions using adequate terminology;
- knows about the specifics of educational work with an adult person.
Skills
The student:
- using modern methods and tools applicable in conducting educational processes with adults, can perform typical professional tasks;
- knows how to formulate problems related to the organization and implementation of educational processes;
- using the knowledge of andragogy, he is able to solve typical problems emerging in the course of running and organizing the educational process;
- can actively navigate in the professional market.
Social competencies
The student:
understands the need for lifelong learning and independently completes and improves own knowledge and skills resources;
- can communicate with other employees at various organizational levels;
- adapts to its role in the organizational structure.
