knowledge: The student
1. wiil know the basic concepts of vocational counselling and the labour market
2. will have knowledge of the current situation on the labour market, will understand the trends for the future along with the factors determining these trends

5. will know the professional tasks, conditions of work, roles performed by an employee and the culture of the workplace
Skills: The student
1. will know how to find a job offer which is adjusted to his/her capabilities and ambitions, how to prepare the application documents, prepare for the interview and formulate the conclusions leading to improving the process of seeking employment.
2. will acquire the rudimentary skills of a vocational counsellor.
3.will able to analyse the situation of the employee in the workplace,
4. will formulate the conclusions on how to improve that situation and indicate the appropriate model of the assessment of the professional competences
social competencies: The student
1.will appreciate the need for life-long learning,
2.will be able to use the acquired knowledge to select the proper professional development path and the ensuing educational path.
4. will be able to plan his/her actions towards the achievement of the aims he/she has set
Assessment criteria
Each student prepares a portfolio of assessment tools which the student has selected and used to diagnose and describe his/her own professional competences.
