Latest developments in exact and natural sciences 1700-SZD-NO

The aim of the lecture course is to broaden the outlook of the graduate students on the research process and familiarize them with the latest developments of various disciplines of science. The lecture course will explicate the notion of scientific discovery and stimulate interdisciplinary collaboration. At the same time it will allow the doctoral students to get a broad perspective on the exact and natural sciences, at the same time exploring the fundamental dilemmas of the modern society. Each of the 90-minute lectures will be devoted to the presentation of the latest discoveries of one of the disciplines comprising the School.
