- general information concerning of enzymes,
- classification of enzymes,
- enzyme kinetics,
- pros and cons of biocatalysis,
- organic synthesis catalysed by oxyreductases, lyases, isomerases, hydrolases, transferases and ligases,
- biocatalysis in organic solvents.
