Numerical and Statistical Methods in Chemistry Laboratory 1200-1MNUMLZ
The theoretical knowledge from the lecture will be employed during the laboratory to solve exemplary numerical problems from chemistry and related fields. The students may use their own computers during the laboratory.

Prerequisites (description)
A student should be versed in mathematics, chemistry, and informatics within the range of the first-year courses. Basic knowledge of, e.g., chemical kinetics or quantum chemistry will be helpful, but is not necessary for the completion of the course.
Learning outcomes
Designed for students who wish to acquire skills in numerical and statistical methods that are used to solve practical problems encountered in chemistry and related fields.
Assessment criteria
An exam at the end of the course.
