Learning outcomes
Familiarity with the radiative processes in astrophysics. Ablity to estimate the shape of spectra based on the properties of a given object. Knowledge of compact object astrophysics and current problems in high energy astronomy.
Assessment criteria
The students are required to solve home assignements (25%) as well as large numerical problems connectes with the leture (25%), and pass the midterm (25%) and final exams (25%).
Obtaining at least 50% is required in order to pass.
