After being accepted by the supervisor students are obliged to inform the project coordinator which experiments they will perform.

Prerequisites (description)
The aim of the laboratory is to get the students acquainted with specialized experimental techniques used in investigation of semiconductors.
Learning outcomes
A student:
- knows the basic research techniques used in semiconductor physics;
- knows how to carry out research measurements;
- knows how to treat the data and interpret it;
- knows how to write a report on the investigation carried out
Assessment criteria
A written report evaluated according the the standard evaluation scale, one per each experiment.
